Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your product please place a return using this link. You can return unused or gently used products within 14 days of when you received the order for a full refund. Note that the shipping fee will not be refunded. For more information please contact us.
Gift cards, samples, and final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all items for returns/exchanges must be dropped off at the designated shipping carrier within 14 days of received your return shipping label. If the tracking information does not show a carrier scan within 14 days of label generation, the return will be deemed invalid and ineligible for a refund. We will cover the cost of shipment for exchanges and returns.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

We will cover the cost of shipment for exchanges and returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like gift cards, samples, and final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
